The third spin-off workshop, organised in Leoben, Austria (9th-11th April) on the topic of Innovation in Extraction is approaching and registrations will be open from 11th to 25th of March.
As there is a limited number of participants we can accommodate, we have included the following selection criteria for all applicants:
1) BASIC SELECTION CRITERIA :
- MSc or Ph.D. study level
- Mining and Extraction education field (advantage). Other study fields (such as Geology, Geology Engineering, Engineering, and similar) are also acceptable, but advantage will be given to mining and extraction according to the topic.
2) OTHER SELECTION CRITERIA
– obligatory to make a short motivation video (in duration of 1 minute – no longer) where you will:
- present yourself (educational background, where you are coming from)
- explain the main reason you are applying for the workshop and
- what are your expected learning outcomes.
There is no participation fee, and accommodation and food are covered for the entire duration of the workshop, for all applicants who will satisfy the selection criteria. Results will be announced by 28th March at the latest.
